Held at The Hawthorns – home of West Bromwich Albion Football Club, on 16th March 2018, an invited group of business men and women were gathered to hear and participate in a debate about the West Midlands and Black Country. This was between Andy Street, the first ever Mayor of the West Midlands in May 2017 and former CEO of John Lewis Partnership, and Lord Digby Jones, businessman and politician, who has served as Director General of the CBI (2000–06) and Minister of State for Trade and Investment (2007–08).
Facilitated by the wonderful and legendary broadcaster Bob Warman, the event was hosted by Richardson Capital – and presented by Carl Richardson.
